Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Career Pitstop, we are committed to providing high-value coaching programs, courses, and educational experiences. We believe in being transparent regarding the commitment required for our services, as the access and delivery of our materials often begin immediately upon purchase.
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
1. General Policy Statement
Career Pitstop provides immediate access to digital content, coaching resources, and membership privileges upon registration and payment. Due to the instantaneous delivery and consumption of these intellectual property and services, our policy is generally to not allow cancellations or process refunds once a purchase is confirmed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Terms by Service Type
A. Mastermind Group (Subscription/Membership)
Cancellation: There will be no cancellation or refunds issued for the current billing cycle (e.g., the current month, quarter, or year).
Future Cancellation: Cancellation is only possible for the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Reasoning: Refunds for the current period are not possible because the purchase grants access to a bundle of multiple services, resources, and live coaching, some of which are considered to be rendered or accessible immediately upon payment.
B. Online Recorded Courses (Digital Products/Access)
Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations and refunds are not possible for the current purchase or enrollment.
Reasoning: Similar to the Mastermind Group, the purchase grants immediate, full, or partial access to intellectual property and recorded content. Once access is granted, the service is deemed rendered.
C. Workshops (Live or Recorded Events)
Cancellation & Refund: Cancellation and refunds are unavailable for any workshops (both live and pre-recorded formats).
Reasoning: Enrollment reserves a spot for a time-sensitive event or grants immediate access to the content/recording, making the purchase non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Time (If Approved Exceptionally)
In the unlikely event that a refund is exceptionally approved by Growth & Books Private Limited (Brand: Career Pitstop) due to an administrative error or at the sole discretion of the management:
Processing Time: It will take Not Applicable days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Note to Attorney/Legal Team: The stated processing time of "Not Applicable" clearly communicates that standard refund processing is not relevant under this policy, aligning with the "no cancellation and no refund" terms. If any exceptions are anticipated, we recommend specifying a realistic processing window (e.g., 7-14 business days).
